Positive: Location. Close to everything downtown. 20 minutes to beach.
Negative: Dining space is limited to 2 bar stools at the island and a small table with one bench that seats 2. The living room furniture seats 4 uncomfortably. Check out pics before renting. The records on the wall are cute. Not clean! We were offered a discount if we rented with them again after giving the list of problems. Also emailed them pictures and did not receive a response. This is the email I sent to the rental company after originally telling them the place was not clean and we were missing some necessities including toilet paper which they offered to bring, but we just bought our own: To respond to your cleaning companies reply to our concerns, I can say the following:   There were no paper towels visible that we could find, so if they were in their "usual spot", it was not in the kitchen. There were NO towels put out. We found towels in the supply closet. There was 1 hand towel in the Master bath. There was one small cloth to wash dishes in the kitchen, but no hand towels in the kitchen. After your message we found the bath towels in the box under the bathroom sink.  We looked further and found bowls and plates in the very top cabinet that could not be reached without climbing on the cabinet.( We used the paper plates in the drawer and did not climb to get to the dishes) We understand about no washer and dryer, and it was not listed, so no problem. As we were leaving and looking under things to make sure we didn't leave anything, we found the master bedroom TV remote under the green couch. (Couldn't use TV) We left it on the nightstand. We did find remotes for everything else in the house. Other things we did not mention before: The front bathroom tub cold water handle was missing, so we had to use the shower wand to put cold water in the tub. I told the host that all of the toilet paper holders were broken off the walls. He said the last renters did that and we would not be charged for damages.

Positive: Very spacious. Lots of natural light. Good location to downtown. Modern bathrooms with great showers with lots of pressure. Would definitely stay again.
Negative: Not much not to like, maybe some blackout blinds in the bedroom. That’s just me being picky.

Positive: There were bugs flying around like little nats from the last people staying. There was a 4th bedroom with no real bed and no blanket to use as such. Messaged the property owner and asked where the bedding was and there was no response. Our back door was wide opened one of the nights we stayed there and got back but we never opened the back door.
Summary: Nice updated house, poor location, and poor communication.

Positive: The house was recently remodeled and is gorgeous! It was bigger than I was expecting. Comfortable stay and very close to downtown area. The large shower in master suite was really great. I love the rain shower head. The bed I used was very comfortable. The nightstand has outlets for charging or use of other devices.
