Relax with the family at this peaceful downtown Roswell home. Minutes away from several shops and restaurants. This home has beautiful and spacious rooms, with a sleeping capacity for up to 6 people. Amenities in the home include a fully equipped kitchen, sunroom, laundry room, video games and more. The backyard has a beautiful deck and shaded area to enjoy a relaxing evening. Roswell amenities include a National Recreation area, Riverwalk on the Chattahoochee River, and Championship Golf.
No smoking of any kind is permitted. Smoking, whether cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or marijuana is absorbed into the carpets, drapes, bedding, etc. If smoking has occurred within the property, a charge of $500 will be assessed to restore the property to its original standard. Action will also be taken to prevent future use of the property.
The property has 3 cameras, one located in the front of the house which captures the front yard, one on both sides of the house, and one near the back door capturing the backyard. The cameras will be ON during reservations.
No events, parties, or large gatherings. If it is reported and confirmed that a party was held, you will be notified to depart the property as soon as possible which will result in a $500 fine.
Must be at least 25 years of age to book this property.
Usage of the grill is complimentary; however, you are required to clean it before leaving. If it is left dirty, a $50 charge will apply.
Please use coasters on the coffee tables and in the sunroom.

Summary: This house is very nice. Super clean. Comfortable beds. The kitchen is on the smaller side but we were eating all meals out anyway. We did not have access to the thermostat but any change requests were immediately taken care of after sending a message. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay. I recommend.

Summary: The house was perfect for our family gathering with 5 adults and an 8yo. The kid loved the ball pit so much and the adults had nonstop fun with the arcade games! We would definitely return again.

Summary: Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at this property, the “Christmas” house, due to a last minute emergency by the host. However, they were able to immediately put us into another location not too far away. While we did book this property for the festive decorations and close proximity to downtown Roswell, the hosts ability to still accommodate our needs and “rehome” us swiftly was impressive.

Summary: The house was spotless, comfortable, and everything we might need was available. We were shocked to find Buddy from Elf in several places, along with FIVE fully decorated Christmas trees and many, many other holiday decorations! Not unpleasant, but very surprising! The decorations, including wrapped "presents" under each tree were beautiful. The house was nicely furnished and the kitchen was very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay!

Summary: We had a great stay here in Roswell/Alpharetta! The house was clean and very welcoming. Plenty of space inside the house and outside. The area was so nice!! We enjoyed every single thing we did on our trip - especially the concert we attended! All the local food we tried was delicious. Our host was quick to respond with our inquiries and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
