Summary: This cottage is in a great location! Walkable to downtown Roswell (Canton St) and also close to anything else you may need (Publix, Target etc). Jason was an excellent host with great communication as well! Beautiful fenced backyard and deck. The only downside is the neighbors have all their AC units and pool equipment (as well as chickens) facing the house so it can be noisy).

Summary: Great location nearby for us to stay during some reno work at primary residence. Walking distance was a bonus as was close to some of our favorite restaurants.

Summary: I really liked the house and my dog loved the backyard. Jason, one of the owners, was great at communicating and you could really see the professionalism in how everything was set up. The place was clean and the bed was comfy. They provide essentials to make the stay nice. My only issue was that the house was not as walkable as I thought it was, and there were a lot of notes asking you to be "respectful" which was a turn off for me, since I always try to do that.
