Summary: This rental was perfect for our annual get-together which included daily trips to Philadelphia. The large dining room table was perfect for evening board games and beds were comfortable. The driveway is a little tricky but manageable. We only encountered very minor older house issues - a broken cabinet door in the kitchen, refrigerator outlet breaker turned off once, and a bathroom sink faucet that turned back on if you turned it all the way to the left. Everything else was fine - appliances, thermostat, etc. Ardmore Regional Rail is under construction and not convenient, but the trolley line, which is closer, was very convenient. Even though the house is on a busy road, it was quiet in the house. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Summary: This was a great place to stay with our 3 kids while visiting Philadelphia on a family vacation. We didn't want to stay in the downtown area and this was just what we were looking for. It's just a few minutes drive to a direct train to downtown (there is a station within walking distance but it's not a direct line) and the ride to downtown was about 30 minutes. The house was spacious enough for our family of 5 and was comfortable. The next door neighbor was very nice and gave us some good information. We would stay here again.

Summary: We had a wonderful experience hanging out at the house. We went sightseeing in Philadelphia during the day and ordered pizza for a night in! Beds were comfortable. We would stay there again!
