- 4th room is our 250sf pool house. Detached pool house in the rear of the property with king size bed
Full size air mattress available in 1st bedroom closet. Can fit up to 11-12 people with air mattress.
3 parking spaces in driveway & 2 cars can fit off street on front grass area.
Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the house & the detached pool house in the rear of the property. Except for the garage, LR & master closet. These areas are locked. The owner may be in the garage depending on the time of the month. Guests will not be disturbed.
Other things to note
Our home is the home away from the home experience, not a hotel.
No parties or events
Cameras: if tampered, moved, or found broken, guests will be charged accordingly.
PETS: Pets are not permitted in or on the property without written permission. Bringing a pet without authorization forfeits your deposit and you will be asked to check-out early without a refund.

Summary: This place was wonderful! It had everything we needed and close to everything. The property owners was great communication with us the whole time. If I could do a 10 star I would. Definitely stay at there property again!

Summary: Was very nice and spacious. Very clean and lots of extra small appliances including a blender which was very nice. Pool was very nice and clean was not heated however was hoping it would be installed by the Wednesday we were there as owner thought it would be so we would have been able to enjoy it a little more but wasn’t installed until the evening before we had to check out but was still nice and fun. Definitely a considerable leak right by TV outside on patio when rained heavy otherwise beautiful out there and very peaceful. Came out last day as ladder in pool broke but came immediately to fix the next day but added more water to the pool and added cold water so as the pool had started warming up a little it got colder again because of the cold water added. However all in all I would definitely stay again as these are all things that are normal life things. Thanks for the memories Sebena!

Summary: The home itself was very cleaned and well taken care of. The home had a very welcoming vibe and felt very much at home. Master bedroom would be a bit too hot at night, but overall it was a great stay.
