Summary: My parents needed a place close to us to stay for the holidays and this was a quaint little place for them to stay at. Was clean and decorated for the holidays to make it even cozier. Thank you!

Summary: My family stayed a long weekend (2 adults, 2 1/2 years, and 6 months). House was beautifully decorated, clean, well stocked, and location was near Tampa with great restaurants and things to do. Nothing but a positive experience for a short stay, but a few things to consider: -If considering a trip for a longer stay, hosts belongings were in every dresser drawer and nightstands, in addition to closets being locked so you must be willing to live out of suitcases. -If small kids, decorations and Knick-knacks were everywhere so many things were able to be broken. I advise taking pictures of the house before allowing kids inside so if you have to move things out of their way, you can place back at the end of the trip. -freezer was packed with food so no room for your own. Overall, would gladly stay again and will recommend this property!! Great VRBO!

Summary: My husband, my aunt, uncle and I was in the Tampa area for a funeral. This property did not disappoint, it was very clean and nicely decorated. Even though I had a small problem (not any fault of the owner), she was very helpful in taking care of it very quickly. I made several calls to Erika, because I was new at this process, but she answered all of my calls promptly and very professionally. I will definitely recommend this property it to my family and friends if they are in the Tampa area. Dee
