Positive: It was very cozy in a very nice and quiet neighborhood.
Negative: The basement was a little warmer so it was uncomfortable to sleep well. The smoking policy was not very clear in the description when we booked.
Summary: Overall it was a great place and the staff was very helpful with all of our questions. Very quick responses as well

Positive: Very convenient location. Easy to get to major highways and was just minutes from downtown. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Clean, well-furnished house. Loved the keyless entry.
Negative: Unable to park directly in front of the house about half the time, especially at night. Someone kept taking our spot. But, there was parking across the street, which was fine.
Summary: This was a safe, clean, convenient house that was perfect for our family of four.
