Summary: Our family of 6 stayed in this charming house over Halloween and the day after. The property is in a perfect location, close to the University, Publix, and many restaurants. It was immaculate on arrival, everything was spotless. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and nice linens. The bathrooms, too, were spacious with lots of towels (in our experience mane vacation rentals do not have rnoiough. The kitchen was stocked with granola bars, chips, and everything you need to make coffee. But the absolute standouts of this house was the charming decor and the outdoor area/yard. Our grandkids played out in the yard for hours. We loved this house and hope to return. Thank you so much!

Summary: The house was great. It was in a central location to be able to get to downtown as well as to campus and the football stadium. All of the amenities were great. We had two couples and had plenty of room within the house . Would highly recommend this to other people looking for a relaxed centrally, located house in Gainesville.

Summary: We had a great stay! We are a small company based in Atlanta and were in town for work and really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is well stocked for extended stays, plenty of space for us to spread out, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great. I would stay here again.

Summary: Gainesville is the half-way point between my family in north Florida and south Florida; 4 of us (ages 40-80) met at the house for a weekend visit. The house was much nicer than expected and was a good choice for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large enough for us to have plenty of personal space. The charging station in the living room was very convenient. We especially liked the dining room that looks out on the back patio & landscape, we spent a lot of time around the table talking, laughing, playing cards, and of course dining.
