The condo is located in a lovely country club neighborhood. It is a second floor corner unit with a balcony overlooking greenery. On Saturdays there is a farmers market which is a one minute walk and often times there is live music on Fridays. Multiple restaurants are within walking distance and even more are a short drive away. You will have access to the pool and gym right next door. The condo is within a 15 minute drive to UF and Shands.
Guests will have access to both the master and front bedroom. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds plush linens, bedside tables and table lamps. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk in tub/shower. The master bathroom has a rainfall shower-head. The kitchen comes with updated stainless steel appliances including an LG dishwasher, french door refrigerator, top of the line range and microwave.
Guests will also have access to a petite dining room with a table that seats up to four guests, a living room with a pottery barn couch and west elm lounge chair as well as a 60 inch apple TV.
There is a home office desk with desk chair and a stand for your laptop as well as two screens you can connect your laptop to for multiple screens if you desire. The unit gets a lot of light as it has large windows and overlooks greenery.
There is a balcony attached to the unit that has a swinging hammock chair and a whicker loveseat.

Summary: The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The door lock gave me a bit of trouble at first but i figured out the trick. The plantaion is beautiful and peaceful. I sat out on the balcony and took it all in most nights and ate my breakfast out there in the morning. The pool was clean and just the right temperature. We spent the whole day there. I was very comfortable in the condo and really didnt want to leave. Awesome

Summary: I came to town for a sports event. The condo was clean and in a great neighborhood. Communication was easy and instructions for the property easy. Comfortable beds and couch. Will be back for the next event.

Summary: Spacious for family of four. The kids shared a room. The location has easy access to several restaurants in the Haile Village Center. It was a quiet, second-story apartment-style. The only drawback was a broken coffee maker, which we replaced. The owner was communicative and helpful. We hope to return.

Summary: Amazing place to stay while in Gainesville, FL. Clean, Safe and Cozy environment. Loved the balcony. The Haile Planation was a quaint community with a Farmer's Market on Saturday's. Easy walking trails and local places to eat within walking distance. Grocery stores nearby. Access to swimming pool and gym. Host left coffee for us and had other amenities available too if you forgot something. Good communication with Host. I highly recommend the Chic Haile Village and will stay here again when in the area.

Summary: We loved this location! Easy access to trails, close to the pool, and the farmers market. The unit was well stocked with towels, kitchen appliances, coffee, laundry detergent and dish detergent. The bedrooms are on opposite sides which was a great layout for us with kids. We would stay here again!

Summary: Susan is a very attentive host with great attention to detail including detailed and accurate instructions for the stay. She even left sunscreen out along with the pool towels! The apartment was very clean and well decorated. The balcony was great for morning coffees and we really enjoyed being right in the middle of Haile Plantation with its restaurants, walking trails and farmers' market. We have family moving to the Gainseville area so we would definitely like to come back. Highly recommended.

Summary: This was a lovely experience in a great area. Quiet woodsy getaway, with walkable small town to a few restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Looking for a getaway form our busy bustling home life, and this was it. Would definitely come back.
