You are welcome to explore our back woods, wade in the stream, have a sampling of what we are harvesting on the homestead from the gardens directly behind the BnB . And please enjoy some marshmallows over the fire pit! The local traffic does get a bit noisy at times ( sound machine and earplugs are provided for light sleepers) but this does not take away from the privacy you will enjoy or the beauty of nature around you!

Summary: I came to the area to just relax for a few days and was able to do just that! The host presented a warm welcome with hometown treats. The rooms were comforting and relaxing. I was near all the places I wanted to see. I know ppl complained about the busy highway next to the place, but it brought an ambience to me and I slept through it every night. Will definitely be back for a longer stay this summer!

Summary: This property was amazing! We felt welcomed from the time we arrived. We got there late, so it was already dark out. Driving down a country road, we didn't know what to expect. But then we came to the house and there were lighted decorations in the front yard and the porch had strings of lights. The key was easy to locate from the check-in instructions. We walked into the house and were amazed by the cleanliness and decor! Everything we needed, or could have needed, was available. Annette was an amazing host and even left a basket of local goodies! If we ever make it to this area again, I will definitely consider staying at this house.

Summary: My boyfriend and I stayed for a quick weekend getaway. Yes, it is close to a major roadway, but it was not bothersome to us in any way. We even had a fire outside, still no bother. The grounds were nicely kept and the front porch was so inviting with the rocking chairs. The electric fireplace was on when we entered the home. That was such a nice touch. The house had everything you could think of, we were missing nothing. The welcome basket was fantastic and featured local items. The location was great, close to all of the antique shops. We enjoyed our stay and would love to go back soon.
