Summary: This house was nearly perfect. It was in a great area, easy for us to walk around, close to the college, shops and restaurants. The house was a good size for the 4 of us, it was clean. We had a glitch getting into the house but the owner was very responsive. The nearly part, our bathroom had next to no hand soap, and the kitchen is barely stocked. We occasionally ran out of glasses, and had to buy a bowl for mixing ingredients, there is a beautiful wooden bowl for serving.

Summary: This was a great spot for our New Years to visit the Parade of Roses. The location was excellent and the neighborhood was great. The house was clean, well-cared for and everything was in working order.

Summary: This property ended up being perfect for my family of 4. We were in town for a wedding and to visit with my brother who lives a short drive away in Altadena. The property was very clean and everything felt new and well taken care of. The home had every amenity that one could need and a fantastic kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. Really the only cons with this home is that it is located on the side of a hill and not just a small hill. We we are talking a rather steep incline. Due to this, the home requires the use of stairs to get in and out, so do be aware, if you have any sort of handicap or simply don’t want to have to lug your suitcases and everything else that you have brought up and down stairs this might not be the ideal home to rent. The only other hiccup occurred on our first night in the house where the electronic lock system seemed to not be functioning properly. Luckily the property manager Felix could not have been more responsive and he was able to come out to fix the issue in person within about 20 minutes. Overall, this home ended up being the perfect place for my family and I to stay and it will likely be at the top of our list the next time we take a trip out to L.A.
