Summary: Stayed for 3 nights to visit family over Christmas.The house was tastefully furnished and clean, well supplied with essentials.Only negative was a very loose back door railing which possed a safety issue with the snow and ice on those days.

Summary: Beautiful home, perfect for our family when we are in Appleton. Located just a block or two away from the heart of downtown Appleton, in the beautiful historic residential area near the Fox River.

Summary: Had a great stay here. Daniel was super responsive and made everything great. I would definitely stay here again. Everything we needed and properly cleaned. A couple of small notes - while the location on College Ave is convenient to getting to the highway, there was some traffic noise. A sound machine helped so wasn't really an issue for me. It's a remodeled older home so the stairs leading upstairs are a bit steep - so we just had to be a little extra careful going up and down. Again, nothing that would stop me from staying here again.

Summary: Great property. Fantastic location. Hosts were fantastic. The only challenge was temperature control in bedrooms. But, we were still really happy with the place. We would stay there again.
