Summary: I was very pleased to find this home as an option for us. We do 2 to 3 meetings in this area per year. The location was perfect. The host was amazing. Communication was fantastic. The house was clean and comfortable, and provided a perfect solution for our needs, I will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Worked in the area and needed a quiet spot to work from a personal office as well as to be on site quickly to support my team. This spot was absolutely perfect. Quiet and small town atmosphere close enough to get where you needed to be! The people that manage this property are hands down professionals that ensure everything is taken care of well in advance of your arrival and went the extra mile to be sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I highly recommend this property.

Summary: It felt like home as soon as we walked through the front door. What more can you say? My wife got to see fire flies for the first time in her life, huge bonus. Very quiet rural Kansas community, reminded me of my childhood days in the 60’s and 70’s, how the times have changed. We slept like babies 😊 Thank you!

Summary: This house is comfortable and newly renovated. Plenty of space to spread out! Easy access to Dollar General (right across the street), and there a park nearby and cute coffee shop named The Meeting House. We enjoyed their drinks, pastries, and Mac and cheese!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much. As short term rental owners and managers, we know all the small details that make for a good stay. This property had all of those taken care of! It is clean, not overly decorated, and has plenty of bathroom space for the size. We had a friend with us that loved horses and she was so excited to go out back and visit with Star the rescue paint! If you have a group coming to attend an event at Hartman arena or a sporting event at one of the sports complexes in North Wichita, this is the perfect country home!
