Welcome to the Tree House!
The tree house gets its name from its location near the top of a mountainous, wooded location. The cabin has recently been completely renovated with all new flooring, furnishings, was freshly painted, and has new trim work and doors. The modern kitchen includes granite countertops and newer appliances. The main home offers two bedrooms and one bath and one half bath in the master. Outside is a well appointed cabin with one large room set up for a lounge/living area and additional sleeping quarters.
The driveway is steep, but paved and the view of the surrounding woods is peaceful and tranquil. For boaters, onsite boat and Jetski storage is at the bottom of the driveway. The yard includes a fire pit. The yard is a perfect place to pitch your tent for the night and see all the stars.
The property is located in Holiday Hills which provides excellent access to Raystown Lake and all of the amenities it offers. Fuel and lunch to go is conveniently located on the way to the lake. This location is very desirable for lake access. Families and guests enjoy boating, fishing, hiking, biking, and swimming. The Allegrippis Trail System provides some of the best mountain biking trails in the state.
Boat Access: Seven Points Marina is located about 10 minutes from door to dock with gas, food and ice on the way. The Aitch Boat Launch and Snyder's Run Boat Launch are also available nearby.
During winter months, 4wd may be required. Snowstorms may limit the availability to this mountainous property. The property is meticulously maintained.

Summary: We like this place because it private, and not far from Seven Points Marina. The "Treehouse" nickname fits as it is up a steep driveway but I'm from PA so I'm used to that.It works well for us, we eat outside and sit around the firepit when weather permits. Pug roams the plateau and stairs have good handrail. We will probably be back for a third tour next year.

Summary: We had a nice stay here. Everything on property is as seen in the listing. You don't need to bring much. The house is adequately stocked with all of your kitchen needs as well as freshly made beds and clean towels. It is very quiet and only a short drive to the lake. We all found it very relaxing and a great family getaway spot.

Summary: It was so relaxing watching the wildlife while listening to nothing but birds in the distance and the faints sounds of children enjoying their time with their families in their nearby houses. When we did have a question, the response was immediate. We would recommend staying here to anyone!

Summary: The Tree House is absolutely perfect place to spend quality time with family. We are only an hour away and spend every weekend on our boat at the lake but stay at least a full week during the summer months. This is by far one of my favorite places that we have stayed. Your close to the boat launch, you have all the amenities and Heather is so easy to get a hold of and answer any questions you may have. The extra little cabin was absolutely perfect for my son and his dog. The yard was just enough space for our granddaughter to run and play. I’m sure we will definitely book The Tree House again!

Summary: Found this location during a quick last minute getaway planning. The location is great. Nice and quiet. The home was spacious for two adults and two dogs, nicely appointed and served us well. The steep driveway and stairs into the living floor of the home were a bit of a challenge while carrying belongings and food, etc.

Summary: This was an exceptional cabin with an additional little cottage for the kids. Everything needed was provided including tools for the campfire and smores! We parked our boat at the bottom of the driveway and had only a short trip to the boat ramp. Will definitely want to return for another visit.

Summary: Great little getaway in the woods and close to Raystown. We could tell you all were putting a lot of time and money into renovations. Would stay again soon. Side note - the main bathroom sink was clogged (slow drain) - wasn't a hassle...I would want to know if it were my place.
