Welcome to our beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 1-bath sanctuary, perfectly situated in a sought-after neighborhood. Here's what makes our space special:
About the Space:
Single Level Comfort: Enjoy the convenience of a single-level home, providing easy access for all guests.
Open Concept Living: Inside, experience an open-concept floor plan that maximizes both living and storage space.
Stylish Interiors: Neutral tones and chic finishes create a calming and stylish atmosphere throughout the home.
Modern Kitchen: The kitchen is a focal point, featuring quartz countertops, new cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Ample storage, including a pantry, ensures functionality.
Luxurious Bath: The shared bathroom is generously sized, boasting double vanities, linen shelving, and all-new fixtures for added comfort. Full bathtub/shower combo.
Abundant Storage: In addition to pantry and linen storage, each bedroom offers ample closet space, ensuring a clutter-free stay.
The first bedroom features a $5000 queen mattress and is near the front of the house. This is one of our favorite rooms as it gets a lot of natural light.
Bedroom two features a King bed, a 43 inch Smart TV (BYOLogin), dressor and closet with hangers.
Nestled between bedroom 2 and 3 is the spacious bathroom, that has two vanities, a bathtub and shower.
Bedroom three features two twin beds, closet and Syracuse University themed decor.
Please be mindful that the 7th sleeping space is a small futon, only suitable for a shorter person or child. Please let us know if you intend to use the futon.
The living area has a 55 inch Amazon TV (BYOLogin), board games, three person couch and accent chair, a six top dining set that leads right into the open floor full updated kitchen.
Lastly, cozy up in our reading nook that features a small couch (converts to a futon bed for that extra guest), a large coat closet and books to read during your stay.

This home is on a rather busy street and is not fully fenced. Please be mindful of pets and children. The laundry units are in an unfinished basement.
We just added a Fire Pit and Chairs for you, kindly keep in mind wood is not provided.
