Negative: Wasn't much I disliked wish they were tvs in the bedrooms upstairs but other than that my stay was lovely I most certainly will be booking wit these guys in the future

Positive: I loved the amount of space the home had, we had a group of 5/6 people and everyone was able to have their own bed in their own room. 3 of the rooms have private full bathrooms which is also a plus. We requested extra towels and the host was more than gracious to accommodate. The driveway can fit 3 average size cars so no need for a lot of street parking. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of fridge space. The front door lock is a keypad so it was convenient to not have to worry about keys.
Negative: The lawn was not mowed, which for us wasn't a big deal since we didn't use the back yard. The controls for some of the lights/ fans were confusing. There is no door to the basement so there isn't a lot of privacy for anyone sleeping down there. The bathrooms on the first floor are very small. There is no table for table top games or meals, only the breakfast bar with stools. There are also no bathtubs in the home, which was a little bit of a bummer after walking around all day, but not a huge deal
