Summary: Mary was responsive and a good host. The house had many amenities, including a stocked kitchen, which all worked great for my adult family. I didn’t expect the location to be as convenient as it was. Less than two blocks away from the amazing waterfall hike at Watkins Glen State Park. And walking distance to many restaurants.

Summary: My husband and I were thrilled to find this property! It is in the perfect location in the heart of Watkins Glen, and had all the amenities to make it the perfect home base for our annual Easter Trip. We are already looking forward to staying again as soon as we can!

Summary: This house had everything that we needed for a great vacation. It was clear that the owners went above and beyond in anticipating and meeting visitor's needs. The location was perfect for getting to the Falls and to the numerous shops and restaurants downtown. We were a little concerned by the word “Cozy” in the title of the house; however, we worried needlessly. The home is very spacious, yet warm and inviting. Also, when we contacted the owners with questions, they always got back to us in a few minutes.
