Charming 1925 brick 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house, with an office. This house is within walking to many restaurants, Houck Stadium, Escape Cape, bars, down town Cape Girardeau, and the Mighty Mississippi. Also, just a short 5 minute drive to SEMO , the Show Me Center, and Century Casino. 5.4 miles from Sportsplex.

One car off street parking. On street parking as available.
Great back yard for sitting and taking in the beautiful wisteria, and other plants, and a great little front deck to watch the street views.
Please note that there is no true dining room table. It does have a dining island, and we have a TV trays available. There is a folding table and 4 folding chairs available if needed. There are out door only cameras for security. The basement is not accessible to guest.

Summary: We had a comfortable stay. The owner said the house was 100 years old but it has been updated to modern time. Beautiful wooden floors. The location was perfect and the owners thought of everything to include in the house for accommodations. Will definitely return.

Summary: Very nice stay. Very clean. There is everything where what you need to enjoy your stay. Owner even provided toothbrush and toothpaste. Very good And fast communication with tho host. Short walk to SEMO and Capaha field. Mary Jane’s restaurant around the corner. Highly recommended.
