Beautiful open layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. First floor includes full kitchen, dining room, living room, one of the bedrooms and full bathroom that includes a washer and dryer. The second floor includes the master bedroom with a full bathroom and additional living room with sectional couch that includes a pullout queen sofa bed. The views from the spacious second floor outdoor patio (with retractable privacy fence) with sink and mini fridge and comfortable seating will have you planning your next visit. We are in a premier location with direct views of the Cape Fear River and the yachts in the marina.

Summary: We wanted a place to stay and just relax. This Houseboat was more than what we expected. Spectacular Views of the marina, walking distance to some great restaurants, and also took in a concert which was walking distance. Super clean, very safe, and spent most of the time on the upstairs covered deck gazing at the water. Never turned a tv on the entire stay.

Summary: Very nice property! Amenities were great and the hosts were very helpful. The houseboat is located in a community of nearly identical houseboats, which are close together, so privacy outside is not perfect (and not as shown in the pictures online), but otherwise the houseboat community is very clean and well done. we spent hours on the back porch just enjoying the view and the breeze. Walking distance to historic downtown Wilmington and not far from the beaches so overall a great stay.

Summary: We stayed in this location DURING hurricane Debby. The house was amazing. it was very stable. very clean. The host was great and easy to communicate with. for the duration we stayed due to a conference, this boat was more economical than the hotels. 5 stars! would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The boathouse was just beautiful. My family enjoyed our weekend gateway. We will rent again and again but stay longer. The only thing I wished for was a list of walking distance to restaurants. Or should I say more food near the boat houses .
