This home is located in the quiet and safe Village of Lexington and is perfect for couples or small families.
Conveniently located to Mid-Ohio Race Track (10 mins), Snow-trails Ski Resort (15 mins), retail, grocery stores and entertainment, parks and several area lakes.
This home was recently updated, is very spacious and comes with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.
The space is attached to my home, but has a private, separate entrance, fenced rear patio and off-street parking.
My home is in a very safe, middle-class residential neighborhood. There are no homes to the rear of the residence, just lots of green space. There is a community pool and kids soccer fields in the distance, so there will be occasional "happy noise". Kids still ride their bikes and play in this neighborhood, so if that is bothersome to you, you will be disappointed. The neighbors are friendly, but unobtrusive and it safe to take a stroll through the neighborhood. There are several very nice parks for families to enjoy and quick access to a walking and biking path that goes through several neighboring towns. In the summer months, there is a Go-Cart course and Putt-Putt Golf located 5 minutes from this home.
There is ample choices for dining and shopping close by. I have a comprehensive guest book for your viewing when you arrive.

Summary: This is a very lovely home and is very well stocked with a lot of essential items and many extra’s . Definitely a very homey and comfortable place. We will definitely return. Our only wish is if it had a washer/dryer. My husband and I travel light and would like to be able to do our laundry and go home with our clothes clean.

Summary: We had an amazing time with family and friends. The home was clean and very tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable and very roomy. All of the closets and cupboards were well stocked. We have stayed in VRBO and Airbnb all across America and this was by far one of the nicest ones. We were here from Georgia and did not have an ice scraper and there was even one of them for us to use. Thanks again for a great stay. We have already booked it for another week for Christmas and we are so glad we did

Summary: My grandson and I chose this house for its convenience to Mid-Ohio sports car raceway. Certainly a better option than any nearby hotel for two people. Great two bedroom, clean, comfortable beds and a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Small two bedroom house with a kitchen. Had everything we needed and probably everything that everyone else would need. Nice touches throughout. I like the large bicycle theme bedroom. We're definitely stay here again when I am up in the area.
