Summary: This place is the way Montana ought to be experienced, a classic log cabin nestled in wild Montana overlooking trout ponds and a wide-open meadow, all set against the backdrop of towering mountains! Exactly what we hoped for. The cabin was ideally furnished and outfitted with all the modern conveniences needed to enjoy our stay in comfort, including Wi-Fi, big-screen TV, 6 beds (plus 2 hideaways if needed), AC, and fully equipped kitchen. As nice as the cabin was, we spent much of our time outdoors taking in the postcard views, watching deer, cooking out, chatting around the fire pit, fishing, and enjoying the cool, invigorating mountain air as the kids romped about the spacious lawn. Only 6-7 miles away lies the artisan village of Bigfork on the shores of crystal-clear Flathead Lake, and Kalispell is just 30 minutes out, with its shopping and restaurants. And the unlimited outdoor sights and activities of NW Montana are all around, including Glacier National Park! We came to experience Montana's natural beauty and only had to look out the window or step out the door to do it! Love this place!

Summary: We were so HAPPY with this property! Away from the hustle & bustle, yet very conveniently located. As soon as you reach the property, you can feel the tranquility. They say this is God’s Country. Well that is exactly what I felt while sitting on the porch that over looked the ponds with the mountain backdrop. We had everything we needed upon our arrival. A welcome sign with snacks, a bottle of wine & a few drinks in the refrigerator were a nice gesture (especially after our long drive). I think the picture posted for this property made it seem smaller then what it actually is. The beds were super comfy & there are plenty of cozy blankets for those cool mornings & evenings. We enjoyed watching the deer, wild turkey, squirrels & chipmunks. There was an otter in the pond, trout & a turtle or 2. There were 2 kayaks, along with a couple of fishing poles & some camp chairs for the guests to use. I chose this cabin over a much larger one because of the friendliness of Luke (the host), the secludedness of the cabin, the fact that my mostly adult children would be sharing the upstairs bunk room (forcing them to be together and not be separated into their own rooms. They had no complaints & enjoyed each others company with lots of stories & laughter. We played games, fished, kayaked, sat around the fire, walked the property & truly just enjoyed our time together. Luke was so nice and we could get ahold of him whenever we needed to. We will be back!! ❤️Keeten Family 2023

Summary: This was the most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Everything was perfect and peaceful and unbelievably gorgeous. The cabin was lovely and very well-appointed. The pond outside the door was amazing, as was the wildlife watching and mountains and trees and QUIET. It was very hard to leave. Also, the property manager was extremely attentive and had everything so well set up, I didn't need to contact her for anything at all during the stay. Everything was thought of down to a basket of warm fleece blankets in the living room, fishing gear and bait outside, and s'mores fixings with a welcome sign! We couldn't have found a better place and will be back. Thank you so much! Missing it already.
