Negative: Too many messages from Vacasa, I got emails, texts, and messages through the app. I understand many guests don't check the app so either an email OR text is fine, but both is not necessary. Otherwise the townhome was fantastic and Vacasa was very responsive.

Positive: The view, the staff brought a new vacuum sweeper . The location convenient for walking. To stores, and quiet neighborhood.
Negative: I was afraid of the gas fireplace. Didn’t know how to operate even with the I instructions . I was afraid that I might not do it correctly and gas myself.

Positive: Although not a gated community, it is a quiet, secure feeling golf course view. There is a beautiful view of the mountains, there are daily sometimes twice a herd of deer. The neighbors are friendly but not invasive. There are paved paths to walk on the golf course and off the road. I nearly forgot, the rooms were warmed by plenty of heat as it has been in the 20 s to 60 s during my stay. There is plenty of blankets, plenty of soaps, tissues and even directions for using the appliances., such as washe, dryer, microwave and dishwasher
Negative: I stayed from Oct. 18 to Nov. 8. My house I’m having built was not ready, so I needed to renew my contract to Dec. 1. It was a confusing and scary transition as I have no transportation to vacate the premises with my possessions for the departure time at 10a then return for new contract at 4p. Happily someone at Vacasa got the ok for me to stay on site during that 6 hour period. I am 84 and handicapped so she was deeply appreciated for going the extra mile.

Positive: Very homey and quiet located on golf course
Negative: Master bath toilet seat was broken and threshold to kitchen was loose. Told mgr who had all day to fix it while we were gone and wasn't. I called Vacasa # that I would fix it if I was reimbursed. A maintenance person finally showed up during dinner which was not considerate and fixed the seat but not threshold. Also the toilet was caked with some residue which left it looking dirty.
