We have even stocked the popcorn for your enjoyment! There's a convenient half bath, eliminating the need to climb the stairs for a quick restroom break. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the basement, making laundry a breeze.

The living room has a comfy sofa and chair with a 50 inch smart TV and for your dining convenience, a 4-seat dining table. The galley kitchen has everything you should need to cook a meal, including a microwave and high end dishwasher.

We offer discounted stays if staying for 1 week or 1 month. We welcome traveling workers and longer term stays. This location is ideal for working in the area and is central to everything.

By booking our home you agree to not smoke in the home. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked inside our home a $250 fee will be imposed.
We charge $50 per stay when bringing your dog. We will consider allowing more than one dog by request only. Thank you!
***We have our lawn mowed in the summer once per week, it is random and may happen when you are there. Please be patient, it usually takes less than an hour. Thank you!
***Our home is professionally cleaned & sanitized after each guest. We make sure comforters are washed between guest!
The cleaning fee you pay is for cleaning and sanitizing the home between guests. We appreciate guests who treat our home respectfully, but you won't have to take out the trash or strip beds. Our cleaning team will do that! The only check out cleaning we ask is to fill the dishwasher and run it on your way out the door! Just stay, relax, and enjoy!
Orono has about 660 sq. feet on the main floor and an additional 650 in the finished basement including the laundry room and half bath.
