Summary: I had to cancel my trip at the last minute due to a family emergency. As I was well past the cancellation date, I did not contact Anthony, I just assumed my money was gone. However, Anthony contacted me to be sure that everything was okay and I explained what had happened. This generous man actually refunded part of my payment. Will definitely stay with him when we reschedule this trip.
