Summary: Great location super close to Central Park. The condo is clean, nicely decorated and has a fantastic view of the city. The weather was great so we enjoyed spending time on the patio and on the rooftop terrace. Had a small issue with check in where the key fab into the building was missing from the lock box. This caused us to miss one of the music acts we had hoped to see which was a bummer, but the owner resolved the issue fairly quickly. Street parking was also limited due to the festival & we were not aware of the rule that you cannot park within 20 feet of a crosswalk. So when my husband parked the car outside of the building for about 20 min so we could more easily load our luggage (since I had a wheelchair) we unfortunately ended up with a $75 ticket. Only recommendations for the owner would be to maybe have someone on site with a backup key (just in case), inform renters of the 20 foot crosswalk rule, and to stock the kitchen with more utensils and items. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!
