Summary: Need to hire new cleaning staff- expired food in cabinets- so gross! Dirty towels beside bathroom sink, walls and baseboards filthy, mold on shower curtain liner, etc....Very cute house. Hate no one is taking good care of it.

Summary: This VRBO by Ashley made my daughter’s wedding experience exceptional! I will start with the spacious front porch where I waved to the little boy and his father walking to school each day. We also go to know the neighbors - college students - dear to my heart, as I am a college professor. Next I will talk about the spacious terraced back yard. I have a 5 year old and 2 year old grandsons. They throughly enjoyed playing soccer and outdoor toys in the private backyard. We had a drop in of family who had come from the airport. It was a perfect back yard for children, and adults could watch from the upper porch. My favorite was the spacious kitchen an open floor plan. Absolutely perfect for entertaining and visiting with new in-laws. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The boys loved the bunk-beds. I loved the new frig and gas stove. Most of all, if you have a wedding at the Trolley Barn, you MUST use this VRBO property. 10 minutes to the wedding venue. Also, so close to the many attractions downtown. We took visitors to Coke and Aquirium. The proximity to all attractions in Atlanta made our family very happy. Don’t forget to eat a A Mano’s. Great service and menu! So many great memories! Can’t get any better than this!

Summary: Very clean and comfortable home. Restaurants and grocery are very close by. We were in town for sporting events for our kids and the location worked out well. Communication from our host was excellent for our 8 day stay.

Summary: This house is in great condition and the location was perfect for our visit with family in the Old Fourth Ward. Communication with the property manager was easy. Checkin and checkout were seamless. The property is in close proximity to a playground, restaurants, downtown and the aquarium. Very convenient. The house is new, clean, and well-appointed. I would definitiely stay here again!
