Summary: I absolutely loved the townhouse! It had enough room for myself, husband and my two teenagers! We come from a very rural area in Indiana so the noise from the interstate was a little louder than we’re used to but after a day or two we acclimated just fine. Loved The Avenue of White Marsh and the shopping mall. We don’t have any malls near us that actually have stores in them so it was great to do that. It’s really close to the interstates to get to downtown Baltimore and see the different places to visit. We enjoyed a day at The National Aquarium in the city too. Loved it!!

Summary: Overall, the modern townhouse was as expected with plenty of room on a spacious second main floor with 4 fully furnished bedrooms, and the bathrooms came complete with clean towels and toiletries. The unit was clean and all of the furniture was in very good shape. I do think it's important to let future renters know that people in the neighborhood (it's a brand new community close to White Marsh Mall) do not appreciate the fact that this townhouse is being used as a rental unit. On Friday evening, May 3, 2024, we were in the living room after coming back from dinner, and a neighbor across the street asked us to move one of our vehicles, claiming it was blocking her driveway and she could not get out. I disagreed that it was impeding her access to the road, but did wholly agree that the parking situation was not good in this new development - there aren't any "visitor" spots that I could see, and while there is a garage attached to the first floor of the townhouse, it's not a very big garage and really only two vehicles sort of fit in the driveway of each townhouse. However, we immediately obliged and moved our vehicles out to the main road of the development around the corner from the townhouse. The neighbor explained that many other renters are not as respectful and parking is a huge issue and they are not happy. So, if you rent this house, please be mindful of your neighbors when parking your vehicle(s).

Summary: The only problem was the leak from up stairs. It was clean and great communication with the manager. It is a great neighbor.

Summary: The house had great common space on the second floor and lots of bedrooms to accommodate a group. Great layout, clean, easy access to the interstate and lots of things to do.

Summary: Not only was the property clean and beautiful but the owner was a gem making sure to answer all questions in a timely manner. The location is perfect for anyone wanted to get around the area but sleep in a quiet space.

Summary: Absolutely loved this three story town house and it's location. This brand new home had a open concept on 2nd floor kit/lr/dr area, with a large 2nd en-suite on 1st floor with walk out slider. Bright, airy, clean and comfortable is what i alway look for and rhis property was perfecrt. Bonus for me was the garage availabilty to park my SUV for the terrible weather we got from Ophelia. I had a few questions and the owner was immediately available to answer them and provide guidance. I highly recommend staying here if you have anything going on in the area and the location so close to white marsh mall

Summary: Everything was great, only advice is the amount of rules coming into the property. Normal rules but telling someone not to address the air conditioning and leave it at room temperature is a bit much. I’m paying for my stay I should be able to adjust the air temperature to my liking. Water pressure was not great and no blinds in the kitchen back door was weird.
