Kitchenette to meet all your needs. Washer/dryer. Dog friendly.
Your own space for a quiet, comfortable and cozy stay.
The 'office' alcove has floor space for a single floor mattress, crib or pack'n'play.

Summary: Perfect location for visiting the University or heading off to a hike. The basement apartment had everything our family needed. It was the first time we had stayed in a basement apartment of the owner which was different because you could hear them at times but the location and ease of everything made it worth it. We would stay here again.

Summary: It provides everything you need in a home-away-from home with the family, and so much more! We had an excellent time using this as our home base to get out and see things around Boulder and RMNP and it was always relaxing to come back there.

Summary: From booking to staying to checking-out - our stay in this lovely space was wonderful. The space is perfect for a small family and well fitted out. The Hosts are very helpful and we felt like friends being welcomed in. The location is perfect for outdoor activities, opposite the park and close to trail hikes. Highly recommend this accommodation!
