Positive: The host, Nicki, was very friendly and helpful, assisting my son with his luggage during check-in and check-out. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Checking-in was easy with clear instructions and the location is conveniently close to Eli's Pizzeria and the bus stop.

Positive: A good-size suite with one closed bedroom and a sofabed in the living area with a private entrance.

Negative: It's quite noisy as you can hear the owners upstairs well. Also, I knew there wasn't a kitchen sink but I didn't realize how small the bathroom sink was and the lack of counter space made it challenging to do the dishes.

Positive: Very cordial owner and very clean

Negative: Bed was very hard I had to end up sleeping on the sofa well my wife had to sleep on the bed. There were no pillows for the bed only throws Finally found one in the closet. No kitchen just coffee maker there were some dishes but no place to wash dirty dishes except the bathroom no dish soap until we asked. Also no tea towel provided. Just a card table and plastic chairs to sit at for eating. The last morning no hot water to take a shower before leaving. She did say she was getting a kitchen on Aug 11/24. Then maybe it would be ok but would not stay here again for the money paid. Very noisy from people walking upstairs even till 11:00 or later. Overall just no an enjoyable stay.

Positive: It was a roomy, nicely appointed private suite with good climate control and friendly hosts. One of the better deals and rooms I could find in the area.

Negative: The lighting in the bathroom and bedroom could have been better. My wife had issues with the pathway leading to the door (on a hill, slanted and a bit unstable - but she's a workplace OSH Officer). The location isn't too great and a little run down neighborhood. Bed was barely big enough for two large people and we could hear the hosts and children upstairs occasionally. But, both of these were disclosed to us ahead of time so it wasn't an issue.

Summary: I would return and recommend.
