Summary: This rental was everything we hoped for and more. Quiet, private with superb views. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The cottage also has an attached screened in porch with a table and chairs as well as patio furniture for when the bugs are out. The hosts are wonderful, responsive and went out of their way to help us with anything and everything we needed to make our stay unforgettable.

Summary: This property exceeded my wife and my expectations! We simply could not have been more relaxed if we had been at home. Red door was like home. I loved going out when the tide was out, great experience. Short ride to town. Neighbour very helpful and friendly. We would return every year if we lived closer, just fantastic !! Dave

Summary: The cottage was so cute and cosy. Had everything we needed for our stay. Can’t say enough about low tide and those wonderful sand bars. Our dog love running around out there. Fans were much appreciated in this crazy hot weather and we loved the screened in porch. Basin Sands beach is a must visit and Souris has all your shopping/restaurant needs. Thanks so much for a wonderful time.

Summary: Spent a week with my sister at this tranquil cottage. Quiet and very relaxing. Very well maintained by Cathy and Dave. They have thought of everything. I shall remember sitting and having my coffee looking out onto that amazing scenery.

Summary: The house is perfect for a summer vacation. The kitchen is well appointed, the dish clothes are crisp, and she even left us coffee for our first morning. The screened-in porch is wonderful as is the deck. Beds were comfortable, linens lovely, and the shower had good water pressure. And the location -- so quiet, with the beach right there. My 5 stars are all legitimate!

Summary: My dog and I spent the week doing day trips, but she really preferred staying here and playing and beaching and there was no real need to leave. The ocean, the view, the sunrise, the great blue herons, the osprey, the Eagles, the singing birds.....I will be back next year!
