Summary: This location is great for exploring the historic downtown of Durango. Once we parked our car in the private lot behind the building, we walked everywhere and enjoyed all the shops and restaurants and festivities of July 4the weekend

Summary: This was an awesome property in the perfect location. It was very clean and the daily housekeeping was an added bonus. The space is small but every inch is put to good use. McKenzie called us every day to make sure we had everything we needed & was very helpful when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We LOVED our stay at the Leland Suites! Such a convenient and fun location. Flawless check in with zero contact. I had a couple questions when we arrived and they texted back helpful responses immediately. Super well thought out layout and impressive modern decor. All the thumbs up. :)

Summary: Great location. Very pleasant and space-efficient room near the train station and Main Street. Very nice food-truck, bar and coffee areas right next door.

Summary: This property is not quite what we expected. It is more like a small hotel/apartment building with each room being its own rental property. Our unit was one room with a king bed, bathroom, and kitchenette. The proximity to downtown is superb. There is parking in the back, and you can access the building from the front or back. There is also an area out front (like the restaurants around) that has tables and chairs for usage. We enjoyed making our own lunches and eating outside. Communication from the owner was excellent.
