Fort Lewis College, the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, local dining, shopping, and golf are all just minutes from your door.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, open living space featuring a wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, and exposed beam ceilings that add mountain charm. The adjacent dining area seats four, with two additional spots at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, new countertops, and all the essentials for easy meal prep.
Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink in the fresh mountain air. Upstairs, the private bedroom suite offers a quiet space to relax with its own TV, seating area, and en-suite bath. The second bedroom and full bath are on the main level, and a washer/dryer is included in the unit for added convenience.
Guests also have access to the on-site pool and hot tub... perfect for relaxing after a day on the trails or slopes.

There is easy access to City Open Space hiking and mountain biking trails behind this property. THE POOL IS OPEN APPX MEMORIAL WEEKEND TO END OF SEPTEMBER; HOT TUB IS OPEN YEAR-ROUND.
LOCATION: Ferringway is just a 5-minuts drive to historic downtown Durango and the Durango Train, plus restaurants, shops and entertainment. Driving about 30 minutes to the north takes you to Purgatory Ski Resort and the high San Juan Mountains. Mesa Verde National Park, a noted World Heritage Site, is about a 40-minute drive to the West. Hillcrest Golf Club is a five-minute drive from this condo, as is the main campus of Fort Lewis College.
