This is our Oasis! This cozy home is on 3.5 acres of Airboat paradise in a quiet island/fishing community. It feels like you are out in the country but only ten minutes to town. Locally within a mile either direction are two convenient stores with all essentials. Withlacoochee bike trail is within 6 miles either direction from the house. Many amazing restaurants nearby and some delivery options. Crystal River is only 28 miles which has numerous fun touristy things to do and GREAT fish restaurants! Disney is only 49 miles. Using our private Airboat Ramp will incur a separate fee that will be settled offline.

Summary: We just finished a 2 month stay at this property. The owners were awesome. We arrived a few hours early, and they let us check in at that time. The home had everything we needed,and was in great condition. The screened in Lanai was the best part..great for entertaining, complete with an extra fridge, a huge Blackstone grill, a beautiful bar and dining room set. The property was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend this rental!

Summary: I can’t say more good things about this rental property! two bedroom two bath with a kitchen and a huge backyard with carport which came in hand with the monsoon rains. Home was clean and the beds were comfortable. Really nice large screened in patio. This had everything we needed for our weekend getaway! Communication with the owner was excellent. We actually had a little issue with checking out on time and the owner was more than accommodating! We would definitely rent here again!
