Summary: Was super impressed with how clean everything was. The location was great for the things that we needed to do in the Grand Rapids area. Summary: We stayed several weeks at Bev and Fred’s place, which was perfect for us! We were in town to attend a wedding, visit family, and enjoy the area. This property is very comfortable, immaculate, and well equipped with a plethora of useful items. It is centrally and conveniently located in town in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts are welcoming, really thoughtful, and pleasant. We very much appreciate that this place and our hosts made our long stay possible, easy, and so enjoyable.

Summary: Bev and Fred were so nice!! I told her I liked her plant outside and when I left, I found a pot of it by my car. Super comfy and it felt very much like home!! Thank you both!!!

Summary: Lovely comfortable lower duplex in a quiet neighborhood. There were many thoughtful touches, like a fully stocked kitchen --butter and coffee, even!--that made our stay feel like a home away from home. I would happily stay here again.

Summary: The hosts went above and beyond to provide a welcoming experience and thought of everything we could have asked for. It was a very clean and organized space. It is in a perfect location close to town but on a quiet street where evening walks were a pleasure.
