Positive: It was clean. Big living room with some toys that kept our kids occupied. Everything worked. Did laundry. Sunrise views were great. Night views of the river below. Indoor playground (paid) at level 2. Indoor pool was clean.
Negative: Outdoor pool with the play stuff was in poor condition. Moved to the indoor pool after seeing some cracked and missing tiles on the floor. Not the fault of the owner though, the residences was generally not well maintained. But the apartment itself is fine.
Summary: Our stay was better than expected! Will choose to stay here again.

Positive: This property is spacious, clean and comfortable. Extra thought has been taken for the things the guests might need which makes it homely, comfortable and convenient. It also has a great view. Ms Chew is a wonderful host which made check in and out easy and smooth with a personal and friendly touch. We made use of the free parking, our hire car was shaded, very close and secure. You can walk along a very beautiful wooden walkway along the river to the busier area of Malacca, although there are also plenty of amenities on the doorstep.

Positive: The location is walking distance to many interests. The view is superb. The hostess is charming and helpful. The 3 bedroom appt. Consists of a noisy small bedroom adjacent to a building corridor. The other small bedroom had a very hard mattress. The main bedroom was somewhat small for two tall persons.
Negative: Less clutter of personal children books and flip flops of family with personal storage. However it was mostly agreeable to stay at Mrs Chew place. We did not cook there but only made coffee with pastry croissants for breakfast. We had ample water bottles. A very acceptable stay.
Summary: A comfortable stay with sufficient amenities for a short stay. The appt is very airy and sunlight.
