Summary: The A/C unit filters were dirty and we needed to clean them as soon as possible. The fence in the back was broken and fallen over into the neighbors yard. The back door did not lock it was secured with a stick that popped out. With the combination the of the fence being broken and the back door not having a lock it did bot feel secured.There were cockroaches in the living room. The owner has not responded to my request to return my cleaning fee since I needed to disinfect the property myself.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for our needs and it was a relatively quiet neighborhood. The house is awesome! There are air conditioners in both bedrooms. We didn’t have time to use the fire pit but, if you have time to relax in the evenings, it would be great to use. Kitchen is well stocked with oil, utensils, and others daily needs. Keurig for coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Roku so you can watch anything you are a member of; Netflix, Amazon, etc.

Summary: The property lacked some of the usual modern conveniences of a vacation home such as onsite laundry facilities, a dishwasher and garbage disposal. It was also located in an off the beaten path area of town. However, it was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Summary: Clean and well furnished home with comfortable furnishings inside and out. Linens were clean and plentiful, and kitchen provided all appliances, cookware and dishes/utensils you will need. Host communications were very thorough and responses were quick. We enjoyed our stay here and found the area to have good restaurants and supermarkets within a close proximity to the home.
