Quiet country life just 5 minutes from IH-30, and 15 minutes from L3-Harris and TAMUC. Wildflower is located near the end of a winding country lane, so there is very little traffic. If you are looking for a peaceful weekend out or a relaxing work place this is just for you. If you are looking for a romantic honeymoon location, you have found it! 🥰
Wildflower retreat greets you with a custom Texas wildflowers mural painted by professional artists Libby and Sam England.
It's a truly one of a kind newly renovated RV featuring extensive custom woodwork, by a professional remodeler, throughout the interior and exterior. Most of the original RV cabinetry has been removed, giving you an open, spacious and luminous place to rest and relax. Real solid oak wood flooring.
It's a very romantic getaway for couples. Sunsets and sunrises are both in full view.
The small original RV toilet has been replaced with a comfortable, full size, conventional toilet. Buttery soft sheets on a queen size bed with a high quality mattress assures you a good nights sleep. Central air conditioning and heat makes for an always comfortable environment. The meadow view is second to none in east Texas, and also features a beautiful private lake in the background. Wildflower has an excellent free Wi-Fi connection and features smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. There are USB charging outlets in the living room and the bedroom. You'll even find granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. Fine art from local artisans is beautifully displayed throughout.
The old, hard to light, gas RV oven and cooktop have been replaced with an efficient electric hot plate and large toaster oven. We have added a french press coffee maker, a Keurig beverage maker, and a charcoal grill. No more "RV tiny showers" here, as the old water heater has been replaced by a conventional 40 gallon household heater for comfortable warm showering.
A fully covered front porch with patio table and rocking chairs lets evenings be enjoyable year round. There's a bbq grill with Mesquite wood on hand for cooking that perfect steak. Come relax in the country for work or for play.

Summary: I had an absolutely lovely stay here. I stayed for about three months for a school program and could not recommend this beautiful stay enough. Roger and Leslie were so kind and welcoming and really made me feel at home. The wildflower retreat was so peaceful and a wonderful place to come home to after a busy day. This home is exactly as described, if not better and genuinely was one of the most beautiful places I have stayed.

Summary: Y'all, do not hesitate to book your stay at Wildflower! This sweet little RV tiny home - thoughtfully renovated with gorgeous flooring, artistic accents, and an unexpectedly full-sized bathroom - is equal parts charming, tasteful and comfortable. Even the books and games are well considered. What a pleasure to take in the view of little calves cavorting in the pasture with their mamas, right outside your window as you drink your coffee in the morning. Communicating with the homeowners is a breeze, as is checking in. Houshold information is readily available. We had no issues connecting to wifi and the AC, essential in the Texas heat, is a workhorse. The house itself is tucked away on a back road, but within easy driving distance of the roadside mecca known as Buc-Eee's. Book your stay now, you won't regret it!

Summary: This property was exactly what I needed to regroup and have some alone time to destress. The home was beautiful, clean, quiet and calming. There were many small touches that made it feel like my home. I honestly didn't want to leave! I will definitely be back when I need a quiet, serene getaway! The owners were responsive and very polite.

Summary: This property was fantastic. The location in the country provided solitude and peace, but was close enough to town to take in dining, shopping and venues. The little trailer was comfortable and decorated nicely and had everything you could possibly want. The owners stocked snacks, water, coffee/teas, soaps, shampoo/conditioner. I could go on, but you get the gist. The hosts were available if needed. One of the real cool things were the cows that would come and visit in the mornings, especially the calves. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who would like to stay in this area for some quiet downtime.

Summary: This place is the most adorable rental and has amazingly peaceful scenery surrounding it! There is a huge covered front patio with outdoor furniture and a beautiful hand painted wildflower mural on wall beside the front door. Inside is very open and remodeled with nice appliances. The entire place so pretty, clean, and decorated in such a relaxing and happy way :) Fresh flowers were in water on the table sitting a vase/glass, and bananas, snacks, drinks, toiletries, and even farm fresh eggs were all stocked when I arrived. The owners were very responsive with questions and extremely friendly! Checkout could not have been easier as there is no check out chore list for rentals to do before leaving. The owners told me they just want renters to relax and enjoy their time away from home. 😊👍. I am definitely staying here anytime I need to come to Greenville!

Summary: This was my second stay at Wildflower. I loved every minute just like the first stay. There is a new pond which enhances the view. I enjoyed watching a very large hawk swoop down for dinner and a beautiful white egret walk around the edge. Serene and peaceful. I'll definitely be back!

Summary: This property was a wonderful opportunity for this city girl to get some time away. Oftentimes, the reality when you arrive is not quite as shiny and nice as the photos on the listing, but this place delivers all that was expected and then some! Adorable little touches of personality were carefully placed throughout the home, including a vase of fresh roses and a can of Hoppin' John beans to celebrate the New Year. The internet was super fast and the bed was super comfy, plus it was only 10-15 minutes away from Greenville (although there's admittedly not much to do there). There were a number of snacks provided, as well as some seasonings, pots/pans, and utensils for cooking. If it's not completely obvious, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this beautiful little home for your next stay <3
