Positive: Easy to find and checkin/ checkout process was excellent. The place was very neat, clean, and tidy. It was quiet so I slept well. All amenities/ conveniences in place as advertised. Host was very responsive so communication was excellent.

Positive: The location of the place is great! walking distance to restaurants, shopping, groceries, convenience store, public transportation. Also, when you get into the room is feels comfortable and very spacious and the small amenities (slippers, toothbrush, earplugs, etc.) that host provides actually makes you feel like you're in a hotel. Having the kitchenet also is great if you want to prepare some small snacks or just heat you own food.
Negative: One thing that can be better is the soundproof for noise coming outside the building, you can hear all cars driving through, anyways the host is conscious of this, that is why they leave disposable earplugs for each guest to use at night.
Summary: Great place, better location! 10/10
