This darling cabin sits atop Conifer Mountain, nestled in over 500+ acres of evergreen and aspen forest. Enjoy the wildflowers or fall foliage, moss and streams whilst hiking, mountain biking, dirtbiking, horse riding or bouldering during spring/summer/autumn. Explore the land on snowshoes, cross-country skis or sleds during the winter. Relax and watch the wildlife and stunning sunrises/sunsets from the patio or hammocks. Play in the various log tipis throughout the acreage. Bring your motorcycle or road bike for rides along the mountain roads.
Beautiful location for a small wedding.
Main level is an open floor plan with full size kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, stove, sink and cupboards) and compact living space with futon, shelving and fold up table and chairs.
Basic bathroom with shower and composting toilet.
Accommodates queen and two twins in loft (ladder to loft). Small futon in living space. Pack'n'play / portacot available.
All linens and kitchenware provided.

Summary: Staying by myself, I was a little concerned booking a cabin but the property provided the perfect balance of safety and privacy for my. Very comfortable and equipped for a rustic stay. Beautiful area and close drive to lots of hiking. Private outdoor space for just hanging out. Attentive host! Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Had a wonderful experience at this beautiful property. The hosts were amazing to communicate with. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views and close to several trails. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Colorado.

Summary: We really enjoyed our time at this cabin. I think I'll pass on composting toilets in the future, though I guess it wasn't that bad... I'll mention the following things so people can make informed decisions. I wish I had noticed there was no dishwasher, no bathroom sink, and no curtains or lock on door (nobody came around, but still would have liked some privacy when changing, since the bathroom is small to change in). The hot water is pretty limited and hard to get right between scalding and freezing. Our phone service was very spotty, which was a bummer getting to watch a movie on our phones with no wifi. None of these were deal breakers, but... Hosts were very nice and helpful. Location was really nice. Space was charming. We had a lovely time.

Summary: The perfect place outside the city! Great communication from the host, beautiful views in a mountain setting, close enough to Red Rocks and Denver, about a two hour drive to Roxky Mtn National Park. The property is well-cared for and cozy. Loved having a full kitchen. Do be sure to know what to expect with a composting toilet. We would stay again on future vacations!

Summary: Our family of 4 (kids 9 and 12), always crave time in the mountains, with woods to meander and boulders to climb on, and this property had it all! The cute cabin was cozy for us, and the kids loved sleeping all together in the loft. We had smores at night and watched the stars, then cozied up inside to read. It was perfect! Our oldest thoroughly enjoyed the dog, and played with him constantly. The host is attentive and checked in with us to ensure a great visit! We hope for a return visit and have already shared the cabin link to our friends.
