2 Bedroom House in Willow

Our home is a cozy spot just outside of the town of Woodstock with beautiful mountain views.
The space
Our home sits on 5 acres of land for you to explore with a creek and private swimming hole. Since we are at the top of the road, where the street curves there is a beautiful view of the mountains. There is a 2 car garage as well we available parking next to and in front of the house for about 3 more cars.
We have 2 bedrooms (one of which has a trundle bed) 1 bathroom.
The kitchen is a lovely open space with a huge table for hosting or cooking.
The living room has two couches and a chair made cozy but with an electric stove.
The basement has a washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets.
The room behind the driveway is an open mudroom and there is additional mudroom upstairs (entry is through the back porch)
With the amount of space, this spot is perfect for bringing a group of friends or family.
The house is equipped with a Nest system so it is easy to adjust the temperature to your comfort level. WiFi is provided but there is no cable. All TVs are smart TVs so feel free to login to your platforms but be sure to logout when you leave!
You will have access to the whole property, minus the shed. Please do not make any bonfires as we do not have tools for a safe fire and do not want it to spread by accident.

Summary: Old country house that the owners are renovating. Living room is spacious and comfortable, kitchen is modern and has nearly everything you could want. The single bathroom is a challenge (and please get a new faucet), but morning coffee on the back deck while listening to the creek and waterfall was a highlight. The trail to the creek is 20 yards (a little treacherous) but sitting on the rocks in the creek is very relaxing, and you can even swim in the creek if you can stand a little cold water. House has a firepit and a large lawn. The house is 15 - 20 minutes from Woodstock, so we were easily able to go there for dinner, walking around, and shopping. There are hiking trails nearby, but we didn't have time to do any.

Summary: This was a lovely spot for a girls weekend. Peaceful property, comfortable & clean space, nice outdoor deck and close to Woodstock & Phoenicia. We enjoyed it!

Summary: We had a very nice time at this Willow NY property. We enjoyed the outdoor patio, grill, firepit, huge property where we played various games, the location, the creek running along the back, the tv entertainment options, the wifi, the decoration and cleanliness of the property. It was really nice to get into nature. We even found a birds nest underneath the deck. Some suggestions for the owner to make this even better would be 1. A list of their favorite places to visit 2. Instructions on how to use the airconditioner. Ultimately we loved it and would return.

Summary: Stayed at this lovely home for a few days as we prepared to ring in 2022. We truly enjoyed our stay; we were comfortable and happy throughout our visit. Thank you to our hosts who were communicative and helpful! If you're looking for a nice home in close proximity to skiing and Woodstock, go for it!

Summary: As a family of four with 2 children (10&12 y.o) we really enjoyed the house. Gorgeous garden, beautiful terrace, excellent house with a lovely kitchen, cozy bedrooms and seating room. Easy and pleasant communication with Dominik. I surely recommend the place for a family looking for a lovely place to stay!

Summary: Great place to stay. We really enjoyed the house. It was perfect for our family of 5. Clean, stocked well, the property owner was nice, friendly and easy to communicate with and it was beautiful inside. 30 minute ride or so to Hunter mountain. Great getaway
