Summary: We rented this property instead of hotel rooms for our horse show officials. It was perfect! It's a short drive to the Colorado Horse Park, but also close to a grocery store and a couple nice restaurants for them to have food. They were comfortable and there was plenty of space!

Summary: We came to the Denver area to drop my grandson off to school. This house was perfect for our entire family with three bedrooms and two living room areas in which to relax. The driveway held both cars easily and the house was very centrally located for easy access to all areas of the city. The neighborhood was very new and very nice.

Summary: House and clean- but leftovers were in fridge and there were not additional supplies like toilet paper, paper towels available for a weekend stay. House was over 80 degrees when we arrived late at night making it hard to sleep. Communication was timely. Wish furnishing like beds and sheets and towels were higher quality. Overall an ok stay for the trip. I should have read some details of listing more closely.

Summary: You have a lovely home. We enjoyed the wide open space. If I had any recommendations, it would be to just improve the utensils and cookware in the kitchen. We were pretty limited on what was available. I would recommend a can opener, pot holders and a few extra pots and pans. Making a meal for a large family was difficult with what was provided. The bedrooms were very spacious and the laundry room was wonderful being on the same floor with the bedrooms. Neighborhood is really nice and well kept and safe. The little french bulldog that lives behind the house is a fun little character! The house is highly recommended and we had a great time enjoying the Rocky Mountains and Denver.
