This hidden gem is located behind the Geneva SPIRE Institute, in the heart of Ohio's wine country and minutes from the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip! You will be close to everything when you stay at this home!
Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, an eat-in kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer, I know you'll feel comfortable and right at home.

▪️Full kitchen with fully stocked coffee bar and everything you'll need to cook and dine-in

The second level:

The lower level:

We provide linens, towels, extra blankets and pillows. We also provide toiletries, dish, laundry and cleaning supplies, a stocked first aid kit and many extra items you might need or forgot to pack!
This rental is complete with self-check-in, Wi-Fi, Roku TVs ALL with Hulu Live, Disney+ and ESPN+, and central AC and heating.
Outside:
▪️Backyard features a deck with charcoal grill (grill utensils are provided by the host) outdoor furniture, and fire pit.

❄️Our patios are "winterized" during the cold and snowy months. Typically ranging from November-March. Access to the patio furniture may be limited during these times and are open during the warmer summer/fall months.
☀️Summer is a busy season for the Ashtabula County with most adventures, shops, and restaurants in full swing. During fall and winter seasons, some attractions and restaurants do limit their hours or close completely so please plan your adventures in advance so you may have the best experience!
🚖There is not much from Uber or Lyft in the area. All guests receive 20% off GoGeneva Transportation services when picked up from my property. Private tours are available as well as taxi services to visit local attractions and wineries.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this cozy little get-a-way. We were here for a wedding and needed an early check-in due to my health. Our request was granted with no problem. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and everything was as represented in the listing. The only possible addition I would make is to have a full-length mirror in each bedroom. Other than that, everything was great!

Summary: The house was cozy and quiet, just perfect for our needs. It was so nice having 3 queen beds and space for us to sprawl out a bit after being at a volleyball tournament for 7-8 hours. It had everything we needed and hopefully the next time we need to come to Geneva we will be able to stay again.

Summary: Everything was Excellent except the ICY Sheets/Patches in front of the garage and sidewalks, making it difficult to use the back entrance.

Summary: The property was lovely and perfect for out short trip. The neighborhood is quiet. I would stay here again. The following are opportunities for improvement * check windows. About 50% were unlocked near the group floor and we alone the first coupke days (scary) * there are no locks on the bedroom or bathroom door. This was fine since it was just family but would have been an issue with friends or friends of frienda. * the sliding door and window over the kitchen sink needs better coverage. It was like being in a fish bowl and we covered them up with blankets.

Summary: We rented this VRBO for a couples/friends getaway in wine country. The place was clean and served our needs for our weekend getaway. We also utilized this rentals discount for the wine tour bus through GoGeneva. Was a nice perk to the rental! Definitely recommend for an affordable trip to wine country.!

Summary: The house was perfect for what i was looking for. Had plenty of parking, nice back yard for chilling outside, had surrounding trees for privacy. Perfect for 3 person fishing crew. Close to boat ramp, and couple different options for meals..just what i was looking for
