Come and enjoy our beautifully decorated, super clean, light, and airy 1 bedroom plus Loft Townhouse with 2 full and freshly remodeled bathrooms in the heart of Mammoth Lakes.
Our kitchen is well equipped with good cookware, sharp knives, a coffee maker and hot water pot, blender, crockpot, toaster, and service for 10. We supply the fastest wireless internet service available for our complex, cable with a smart TV (including Netflix and Roku), surround sound, a Gas BBQ on the deck, and more. The bedroom and 1 bathroom are located on the ground level, the living area, dining room, kitchen and the second bath are located on the second floor, and the loft is on the third floor. The beautifully updated fireplace will keep the entire space warm and cozy as you enjoy playing board games, reading a great novel, eating, cooking, or watching a movie.
The Woodlands complex is very well-maintained and has a pool and Jacuzzi that is open for guest use. It's an easy 10-minute stroll to Old Mammoth Road, the grocery store, and restaurants. Once you arrive, you can park your car and not worry about driving if you don't want to. The shuttle stops very close to our front door, so getting to the ski area, or around town, couldn't be easier. And since we're at shuttle stop #5, there's always room for you to jump on board - no standing in the cold while a full bus passes by.
We'll email you loads of information including suggestions for activities and restaurants, so don't worry about being lost or bored. This is the perfect basecamp for all of your mountain activities - Hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, cycling, mountain biking, climbing, fishing, boating/kayaking, golf, Standup Paddle Boarding.... But if you want to cozy up to the fire with a good book or watch a movie, we've also got you covered. It's the perfect place to spend a lazy day indoors. If you're like us, you'll have a hard time leaving when it's time to go home!
Since we love and want to preserve our mountain environment for future generations, our condo is about as green as it can be, including a pellet stove, LED lights, and energy-efficient appliances. We also donate a portion of your rental fee to a carbon offset program to reduce the impact of traveling to a second home.
Please carefully review our rental policies when booking. We strictly enforce our maximum occupancy of 6 people, including adults and children as well as our no-pets and no-smoking policies.
Business tax certificate # 7889: Our condo is legally registered with the town of Mammoth Lakes. We collect and pay the 14% transient occupancy tax, which supports the services you will enjoy while visiting Mammoth Lakes (including the town shuttle which stops outside our front door). Our certificate and cleaning logs are posted in a notebook at the condo. Guests should be aware that the exterior of the condo is monitored by a security camera.

Summary: We just returned from a 5 night stay during New Years eve and the cabin really exceeded our expectations. The owners were very detailed oriented and thoughtful about everything you may need. They send you instructions for check-in and out, major appliances in the cabin like the fireplace and AC, and if you still have questions, they are lightning fast in responding. The bathrooms are newly renovated and clean, as well as the kitchen. New clean fridge and everything you need. They also have in-unit laundry and dryer which was very convenient. Check in was super simple... keyless entry lock on the front door made it a breeze.We were worried we would run out of parking space during the holiday but the lot was plentiful and we never had a problem parking near or even in front of our cabin. The location was perfectly in the center of town... 2 mins from VONS, and literally steps away from the RED LINE bus stop that takes you directly to Main Lodge. You can literally see the bus stop from the window. Overall, a great stay during a busy holiday week and will love to come back.

Summary: We stayed at this condo for a winter a ski trip. The condo was clean, cozy, and had a great layout for our family of four (2 adults and 2 teens). The views from the living room windows were beautiful. It was conveniently located to the lifts, grocery store, and restaurants. Communication with the owners was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We enjoyed staying at the Woodlands in Mammoth Lakes. The location was great for being able to walk or drive to most everything that we needed. It is a cozy space and the bathrooms have been upgraded and are beautiful. Margy, the owner, was really quick to respond and very helpful. I would stay here again and recommend the Woodlands!

Summary: This condo is just as described on the VRBO website. Super clean and perfect for families. It is close to shops and restaurants. It is also very quiet which is nice when you are on vacation. Thanks to the hosts for offering this great property.

Summary: Stay was amazing. The only downside to the trip was Vrbo calling us and asking us to pay an extra $300 for taxes because their computers had a glitch and forgot to add in the taxes for the city, so when we declined to pay because it wasn't our fault that they didn't add them in, they ended up charging the host instead of picking up the cost since it was their (Vrbo's) screw up, and we ended up getting back 25% of our deposit because we felt the host shouldn't of had to pay either. So not sure I trust Vrbo anymore because they weren't willing to own up for their mistake!
