Summary: Check-in was easy, parked right next to the entrance. Great refrigerator, kitchenette, bathroom. Bed was comfy. Very nice place for my short visit to Orlando. The room was quiet, although the AC was a little loud so I turned it off until bedtime. I will probably try to stay here again in the near future.

Summary: This place was a delight to stay at for our trip to Orlando. It was just my husband and I who stayed, and it was just enough for us. It’s in a decent neighborhood not too far away from some restaurants and shopping. The studio is really only big enough for 1-2 people, I wouldn’t recommend anymore than that. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are coming to Orlando.

Summary: It was clean, quiet and exactly as described. The courtyard/patio/deck is absolutely adorable and is great for relaxing. No issues at all. It's great for one, maybe two people. Shopping, restaurants, gas stations and pharmacies are nearby. I would stay again if the opportunity ever presented itself.

Summary: This is the first year I have come south from up north to escape the winter. Was at the property from Jan 1st to March 31st. It’s located in a solid working class neighborhood. Very quiet with a lot of young families. It not busy like much of the Orlando area, but a easy drive to most of the many attractions in the area. There are at least five of the national gym in a three mile area. And multiple grocery and big box store close by. It’s a studio apartment but the is a private outside area that is great for spending time outside day or night. Only experienced a few problems in the three months I was at the apartment and the property owner was able to take care of the in no time.
