Positive: The location - it is right at the center of Back Bay and we loved the neighbourhood! The communication with management was great - very prompt responses. It has a kitchen for some cooking
Negative: In my opinion, the space is smaller than it appears in the photos, and the washroom is particularly tiny. The apartment is well-equipped with a kitchen, a desk, and a table, which is a plus, but it does feel somewhat cramped. Overall, i found it a bit pricey

Positive: It was exactly as described. It was spotless, extremely quiet 😊 and centrally located. I asked a few questions via Booking.com and received a timely response each time.
Negative: The cabinet with dishes is located high up. It would be nice if there was a step stool.

Positive: Perfect location in vibey Newbury street. Equipped kitchen allowing for home cooked meals, but also ideal location to visit coffee shops and restaurants. Spacious for the heart of Boston.
Negative: The mattress is worn soft and needs to be replaced. The tap in the shower is difficult to work and the water takes ages to get hot. Although the apartment was spotless, there was a cockroach (most likely creeping in from an adjacent unit) so would suggest fumigating.

Positive: Amazing location. Comfy self-contained small studio ideal for a quick stay in Boston tho a bit squeazy for two travellers with luggage. The hosts were really helpful answering questions and looking after us.
Negative: I got confused by the address.

Positive: The location was excellent, and the price was very good. Easy to access the room with door codes. Nice to have a desk area, though needed to move bedside light to be able to work there.
Negative: The kitchenette had all the plates, cookware, utensils above the stove, reachable only by someone over 6' or by standing on a chair. Bathroom sink had nowhere to put toiletries except on the floor or in the shower. Slow drain in bathroom sink (~ 15 mins).
Summary: Clean, great location, good for the price, rather bare-bones and a little inconvenient.
