Summary: We stayed at George's place during the pandemic so we could visit my sister who had a baby. The place is wonderful! It's much bigger than it seems in the pictures. We all worked and did distance learning during our week there and while we were all in the same one bedroom, we always felt we had anough space to get everything done. The place is set up like a time share - everything you need is there. And George is great. They even had some extra masks and hand sanitizer available. We ate in a lot, cooked pasta, eggs, you name it. But we also did a lot of take out. The food in Jackson Heights is amazing! On every corner there was a new place I wanted to try. George's place is in walking distance to everything, including the subway. We felt very safe our entire time there. And La Guardia is just a few minutes away. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area! Great Place!

Summary: Everything about this place was easy. Check in, communicating with the owners, accommodations, everything. They had power ports in the two rooms, extra toiletries like soap, helped getting the luggage inside and coffee and tea. They let us in a bit early. They were friendly and helpful, leaving some menus to local places. The parking spot was key to making this place awesome. I'll stay here on all of my visits to NYC.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the property, everything was exactly as advertised and George was especially welcoming and accommodating. We needed to check in a little early and he was able to help, and he had tons of information to help navigate the neighborhood and city available for us. My daughter and I were in town for a quick trip to see the city during Christmastime and George was extremely helpful in letting me know how to get to the train and into the city, as well as great recommendations for dining & shopping in the local neighborhood. Everything was clean and comfortable and a great, safe location. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Summary: When you look up kindness, thoughtfulness and hospitality in the dictionary, a photo of George should appear. From a warm welcome after a late night flight, to “check in” messaging during our visit and perfectly appointed accommodations, we were more than comfortable. The space was spotless, beds were comfortable, kitchen had all we needed while in the city! Easy access to public transportation and parking for our rental car was easily accommodated in a safe neighborhood close to everything! Happy to recommend and more than lucky to have found this gem of an apartment.

Summary: Owners were there to greet us even though we were late arriving. The room had everything we need and more. We were able to easily navigate the subway system in and out of Manhattan daily. Loved the variety of ethnic restaurants within walking distance of this home. Great stay.

Summary: Nice clean well run property, ideal base in NY if you don’t want to pay Manhattan hotel prices. Easy access to the 7 train which connects to Grand Central Station , 5th Ave or Time Square all within 20-30 minutes. Plenty of decent local supermarkets, bakeries, bars & restaurants. Owners live on site so always there if you need them. All things considered this is a good alternative to overpriced hotels.

Summary: George and his father are such great people. We have come back 4 years in a row and will continue to do so. The place is clean, the neighborhood feels safe and there is a parking spot which is awesome. We love it!

Summary: We had the best experience with George and his son. They were so easy to communicate with, and frequently checked in with us. We needed to check in a little early, and they were able to accommodate that. The apartment was better than expected and so clean. So many little additions to make or stay comfortable- plenty of extra chargers, umbrellas for a rainy day, and programmed kindle with a map of the surrounding area. And the neighborhood always felt safe, even when we returned after a late show in NYC. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Summary: My daughter and I had a wonderful 2 night stay. The property was exactly as described and very clean with lots of natural light. It is a first floor apartment so you can hear people walking on the floors above but it was very minimal and never an issue. Location is great, only a few blocks from the subway and very close to a ton of restaurants, bars, and shops. Having never stayed outside of Manhattan we weren't sure what to expect but we had a great time exploring a new part of the City and experiencing a bit of Queens.
