Negative: The windows were paper thin and very draughty so very cold air coming through them. This also meant the room was very noisy from outside traffic etc

Positive: The rooftop location is great, overlooking with the fresh air which is good for relaxin. The menu is good, the staff were pleasant. My husband and I were happy to stay in Even hotel for 6 days comfortably satisfied.
Negative: It would be better if you have free breakfast for your customer as your compliment. It would attract more customers.

Positive: The staffs are nice and helpful. The room is clean and decent. Good location with line N/W/7/C/E subway stations within 10 minutes walk.
Negative: The noise isolation is bad. There has been constructions going on early in the morning. Also the freeways are nearby. The noise can be very disturbing

Positive: Friendly staff, good gym, good bed, available drinking water to tap, and it's clean since its still a new hotel.
Negative: Hotel is built right next to a highway, very loud day and night hearing cars. Airco is also noisy in the room. And, unfortunately, no real lobby to sit and have a meeting with a couple of people. It was also expensive for the location, there are rooms in Manhattan for the same price.

Positive: Our stay at this hotel was really great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day, which made our stay very comfortable. We could leave our bags for free after checkout, which was super convenient and allowed us to enjoy our last day in the city without worry. The location is excellent, close to the subway- Manhattan, shops, and several restaurants, so everything you need is nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in New York!
