Quiet location with vacancy lots at the front/back/right side. Convenient to Lake Tahoe, Fallen Leaf Lake, Echo Lake, three ski resorts, and various trails. Fully furnishing including WiFi, full kitchen, laundry and 2 car parking space.

Summary: This was a great place for our family vacation. It was simply furnished with the basic necessities. We really appreciated having the washer/dryer. The one con was that the Queen mattress was too soft for us. Other than that, it was clean, comfortable and had all the appliances and necessities for us. Some things were new too (i.e., iron, ironing board)! Due to the timing of the July 4th holiday parade in town, certain streets were blocked off when we were checking out. The rental company was great at accommodating our check out process. Thank you, we made our plane in time. We appreciated the flexibility. We had a great time with family nearby and having this rental made it even better!

Summary: The house is in a good location if you want to be in the forest, but only a couple miles from the main area of South Lake Tahoe city. Plenty of room for a family of 4 and all the appliances are updated and in good condition.
