Enjoy this modern mountain retreat nestled in Mountain View Estates only minutes from South Lake Tahoe’s restaurants, stores, and other amenities. This “Home Away from Home” boasts National Forest Land in front and spectacular views of Angora Peak and Echo Peak from the spacious rear balcony. It’s the perfect mountain getaway with easy access to Heavenly, Sierra At Tahoe and Kirkwood Ski Resorts, Lake Tahoe public access beaches, and plenty of National Forest Land hiking and biking trails only steps from the front door.
Large open kitchen/dining/living room is home to a cozy fireplace and beautiful views out of every window.
Primary Bedroom Suite includes spacious bathroom with whirlpool bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a long hike or a day at the ski run.
Downstairs family room includes a TV that is streaming only (FIRE TV), plus books and games for the whole family.
Additional bedrooms are private and cozy. Office bedroom is ready for your remote office needs and includes an extra monitor, wireless printer and internet enabled Wi-Fi.
Enjoy long walks in the Angora Highlands. Paddleboard or swim at nearby Fallen Leaf Lake. Spend your time skiing at Heavenly Resort only minutes away. Or hibernate in front of the fireplace, gazing at the beautiful mountain views. We hope you enjoy this place as much as we do!

Upstairs:
Great room accented by a gas fireplace, spacious seating area, flat screen TV (Google TV) dining table and a table for card games or puzzles, The kitchen has plenty of space for family to help cook, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, 5 burner gas stove add to the ease of preparing meals.
The dining room table seats 8, and is adjacent to the deck with a gas bbq.
The second deck is off the living area and overlooks the fenced backyard.
The primary bedroom suite is located on the upper level but set apart from the living room in case someone wants to retire early and boasts a Standard King bed with full bath including separate shower and jetted tub.
A half bath and full laundry room complete the upper level amenities. There is air conditioning for the upstairs areas.
Home currently set up with cable, but that will be transitioned to internet based streaming.
There is parking in the garage for 2 cars, and room in the driveway for 2 more.
Maximum occupancy: 8 people, children 5 and under are not counted, occupancy rules in effect at all times.

Summary: Loved this house! Great Room was so nice for our family get away. Kitchen has everything you need. Bedrooms were all great. Parking for 4 cars was perfect. Took 1 star off cleanliness because the floors had a light layer of dust/dirt, maybe housekeeping forgot to mop before our arrival? Would definitely rent this house again.

Summary: Beautiful home, spacious and bright with lots of room for two families. Enough towels and dishes. Was only missing tissues and things like plastic wrap and foil. Listing said check in at 4pm but email from property manager said 3pm. We arrived a little before 4pm and was asked to wait outside until the cleaner was done.

Summary: This home had everything we wanted and needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bedrooms were all very nice. We go to Lake Tahoe every year and we usually come across rentals with bedrooms that have bunkbeds and/or bedrooms with various combinations of beds in one room. The hardest part for us when selecting a rental property is that 1 of the 4 bedrooms are not up to par or that the kitchen isn't equipped for our needs. This home is perfect!

Summary: We‘ve had a great time and enjoyed the house - it was even better as it looked on the photos. There was plenty of space for us and we didn’t have any problems. We really can recommend this house for a Lake Tahoe vacation.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful and clean home. Tucked away from downtown. Drive was about 15 minutes, depending on all the traffic lights. We would definitely stay here again.
