Summary: The windows were filthy. We love to let the sunshine in, but the vertical blinds were damaged, and the windows were so dirty, it was depressing seeing them. The hinges on the cabinet doors in the bathroom were either completely pulled out, or needing to be tightened. There were wood fence scraps and excess cable in a pile on the small patio we had hoped to sit on. The VRBO amount for our stay was increased after the confirmation had been made, the host was not helpful in remedying it.
